We ship in Lithuania and abroad with DPD courier or Lithuanian Postal Service.
The Buyer has a possibility to choose the courier when placing the order.
With shipping code, you will be able to track your shipments status and approximate location.
The jewellery goods will be sent to the Buyer at the address specified within 2–4 (two-four) business days following the receipt of full payment for goods and shipping costs into Seller’s account.
For bespoke jewellery, when the order is placed, it takes up to 20 calendar days for an item to be handcrafted. Please contact us for exact terms.
As soon as the order is made, You will receive the information about the jewellery item delivery.
RETURNS
In accordance with the paragraph 17.12 of the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 697 as of 22/06/2014, quality pearls, precious stones, precious metals and articles thereof, other than imitation jewellery, purchased at local trading venues are non-replaceable and non-returnable unless the seller agrees to accept or replace the items.
In accordance with EU rules on e-commerce, the purchaser who has purchased the jewellery at www.jurgagusaroviene.com has the right to return the item within 14 days for any reason and with no explanation. We reserve the right to inspect returned items purchased by consumers at www.jurgagusaroviene.com at the Lithuanian Assay Office (“Lietuvos Prabavimo rūmai”) to ensure that the item is returned the same as shipped. This especially holds when buying items with brilliants. Only when we receive the results of the analysis, we will refund the money. This may take up to 14 days.
Jurga Gusaroviene’s Jewellery Gallery (“Jurgos Gusarovienės juvelyrikos galerija”) reserves the right not to take back the item and not to refund any money if the packaging and/or labels of the item are damaged or if there are visible wearing marks of the item. The purchaser is then allowed to take back the item.
In accordance with EU rules on e-commerce, the purchaser is not entitled to return the item ordered specifically to the customer within 14 days (this is indicated before purchase).
If the item is not received by the customer and returned by the shipping company because of an incorrect address, the additional shipping costs will have to be borne by the purchaser. The price of the item will be recalculated as soon as it is returned to the Jurga Gusaroviene’s Jewellery Gallery. The customer will be contacted immediately and informed regarding it.
